  19. I'm trying to install tex & mf now.  They don't exist yet.  
  20. metafont-for-beginners.tex is supposed to be a big help, but is absolutely
  21. useless to me now as tex and mf aren't installed yet and need help it offers
  22. in order to get them up.

  24. Suggestion: metafont-for-beginners.ascii.gz.  Yes, it won't print out quite
  25. as prettily.  On the other hand 'less' doesn't know about pretty and i'll be
  26. able to use it...
